Log in 10 minutes before meeting start time

Mute your microphone

If you can't hear, turn up your computer volume and adjust your speaker volume in Zoom audio settings.

If you are the only one who can't hear, it may be your computer. Try earphones

If you still can't hear add a Chat note or text Ann Bassel.

Do not unmute yourself and try to talk to the Zoom host verbally, use Chat.
